Prior to starting Visisht in 1997, he was associated with the Satyam Group as Principal Director of their Consulting wing (Satyam Renaissance). Previous companies he worked for including ABC Consultants (Director); ITC Bhadrachalam Paperboards Ltd. (V.P. - Operations & HR); Digital India (Corporate Manager –HR), and DCM Group.
As promoter & MD of Visisht, Sankarnath has worked with some of the leading organizations in India and abroad, covering assignments/ interventions in areas such as Functional and Behavioural Competency Assessment & Development, Performance Management Systems, Organization Visioning and Restructuring, Operations Reengineering Studies, Development of High-Performance Delivery Teams and Executive Coaching. He is a visiting faculty at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad for Executive Coaching.

I have a Ph.D., and pursued research to understand the synergy between knowledge and innovation culture and its impact on business performance, also holds a Master's in Industrial Engineering from NITIE (IIM), Mumbai, and backed by certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lead ISO Auditor, and digital transformation.
